Media Publikasi Promosi Kesehatan Indonesia (MPPKI) provides a verification mechanism to protect authors, institutions, and other stakeholders from unauthorized, altered, or fraudulent Letters of Acceptance.

Digitally Signed Official Document
Every official Letter of Acceptance issued by MPPKI is digitally signed by the Editor-in-Chief using a valid and verifiable digital signature.
Verify LoA Authenticity
Upload the original PDF Letter of Acceptance to the Privy verification service. The verification result should confirm that the digital signature is valid and that the document has not been modified after signing.

Verification Procedure

Prepare the Original PDF
Use the original Letter of Acceptance PDF received from the journal. Screenshots, photographs, scanned copies, and converted image files cannot be used to validate the digital signature.

Upload the Document
Select the Upload and Verify PDF button and upload the original PDF through the Privy verification page.

Review the Verification Result
Confirm that the digital signature is valid, the signer’s information is recognized, and the PDF has not been modified after the signature was applied.

Confirm the LoA Information
Verify that the manuscript title, author information, acceptance date, journal identity, and other document details correspond with the accepted manuscript.
Official LoA Requirements
Valid Digital Signature
The digital signature must be recognized as valid by the verification system.
Unmodified Document
The PDF must not contain unauthorized changes made after the document was signed.
Matching LoA Details
The article title, author details, journal identity, and acceptance information must be accurate and consistent.
Important notice: A Letter of Acceptance that cannot be digitally verified, contains an invalid signature, or shows evidence of unauthorized modification is not recognized as an official document of MPPKI.
External verification service: The verification button redirects users to the Privy website. Document submission, processing, and verification on that website are governed by Privy’s applicable systems, terms, and privacy provisions.
A Letter of Acceptance that cannot be verified is not recognized as an official journal document.
