Acknowledgment to Reviewers

Peer review is the driving force of journal development, and reviewers are gatekeepers who ensure that Media Publikasi Promosi Kesehatan Indonesia (MPPKI) maintains its standards for the high quality of its published papers. MPPKI applies a double-blind peer review process, in which each submitted manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.

Based on the journal’s publication records from 2021 to 2025, MPPKI has demonstrated consistent growth in publication activity and reviewer engagement. The increasing number of published articles logically corresponds with the expanding contribution of qualified reviewers from diverse disciplinary and geographical backgrounds.

• 2022: 12 issues, 232 articles; approximately 464 review assignments
• 2023: 12 issues, 337 articles; approximately 674 review assignments
• 2024: 12 issues, 361 articles; approximately 722 review assignments
• 2025: 12 issues, 139 articles; approximately 278 review assignments

In total, more than 2,000 independent peer review assignments were conducted during this period. This volume of review activity reflects the journal’s sustained editorial operations and the essential role of its reviewer community in maintaining publication standards consistent with international indexing requirements.
