Authors should verify every applicable item before submission. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal requirements may be returned for technical correction or declined during editorial screening.

A. Scope, originality, and author approval

☐ The correct article type has been selected.

☐ The manuscript has not been published previously.

☐ The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal.

☐ The manuscript is original and does not contain plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification.

☐ All authors have approved the manuscript, author order, and submission.

☐ Every listed author meets the journal authorship criteria.

B. Required submission files

☐ The official Title Page Template has been used.

☐ The official Anonymized Main Document Template has been used.

☐ The Title Page and Main Document are uploaded separately.

☐ A Turnitin Similarity Report has been prepared.

☐ The similarity index does not exceed 20%.

☐ All bracketed placeholders have been replaced.

☐ All instructional text has been deleted.

E. Manuscript structure and content

☐ The Introduction explains the problem, evidence, unresolved gap, and objective or hypothesis.

☐ The Results follow the order of the objectives and methods.

☐ The Discussion interprets rather than merely repeats the findings.

F. Methods and analysis

☐ Variables, outcomes, exposures, covariates, and measurement instruments are defined.

☐ Validity and reliability information is provided when applicable.

☐ Statistical or qualitative analytical methods are appropriate and transparent.

☐ References are relevant and have not been added solely to influence metrics.

J. OJS metadata and final confirmation
