IDR Conversion

Editorial independence: Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated exclusively according to scientific merit, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Waiver Policy
Full or partial APC waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries or in special circumstances. A waiver request must be submitted before final acceptance. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
The APC supports immediate and permanent Open Access without creating any advantage in editorial assessment.
