The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers the costs associated with editorial management, rigorous peer review, professional copyediting, typesetting, and permanent online hosting of the article.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a thorough double-blind peer review process. Payment of the APC is only required after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. There is no fee for manuscript submission or during the peer review process.
