Pengaruh Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pasien di Rumah Sakit
The Effect of Nursing Therapeutic Communication on Patient Satisfaction and Loyalty in the Hospital
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Komunikasi merupakan bagian dari kehidupan manusia, individu, kelompok, organisasi maupun masyarakat, dengan bentuk interaksi antara dua orang atau lebih untuk menyampaikan suatu pesan atau informasi, Dalam dunia kesehatan dikenal sebagai komunikasi terapeutik yaitu komunikasi intrapersonal antara perawat dengan pasien yang dilakukan tujuanya untuk penyembuhan pasien, memberi dan menerima rasa saling percaya antara perawat dengan pasien dan lebih efektif dalam memberikan kepuasan profesional terhadap pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh komunikasi terapeutik perawat terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien Rawat inap di RSUD kota Bula.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD kota Bula sebanyak 120 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Analisis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SEM dengan software AMOS 24.0.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengaruh Komunikasi Terapeutik mempuyai Pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan pasien Rawat inap di RSUD Kota Bula.Komunikasi Terapeutik berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kepuasan pasien Rawat inap di Rsud Kota Bula, dan kepuasan pasien berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas pasien Rawat inap di Rsud Kota Bula.
Kesimpulan: Komunikasi Terapeutik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan Pasien dan Loyalitas pasien Rawat Inap di RSUD kota Bula.
