Hubungan Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Terhadap Motivasi Donor Darah Sukarela di PMI Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Kebutuhan produk darah semakin meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan layanan transfusi darah. Ketersediaan produk darah sangat bergantung dari donor darah sukarela. Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Sleman merupakan salah satu Unit Donor Darah di Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta yang belum mencapai kecukupan akan produk darah. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah baru 1% dari jumlah penduduk di Sleman yang menjadi pendonor darah sukarela. Rekrutmen donor yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan faktor pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku merupakan strategi yang penting untuk memotivasi masyarakat melakukan donor darah secara sukarela.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi donor darah di PMI Kabupaten Sleman.
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain studi cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan di PMI Sleman pada Januari-Desember 2021. Sampel penelitian adalah pendonor darah sukarela baru atau berulang yang lolos seleksi untuk donor darah di PMI Sleman dan menyetujui surat permohonan menjadi responden sebanyak 100 responden dan ditentukan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariate.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikansi pada variabel perilaku pada nilai p-value=0,009<0,05.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan perilaku dengan motivasi donor darah di PMI Sleman Yogyakarta.
