Strategi Implementasi Clinical Pathway Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Obstetri di Rumah Sakit pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19: Systematic Review

Abstract
Pendahuluan: Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak bagi semua sektor termasuk sektor kesehatan. Ibu hamil merupakan kelompok rentan terpapar virus ini. Data WHO menunjukkan terdapat 290 juta kasus terkonfirmasi positif, dan dari data CDC didapatkan 155 ribu kasus pada ibu hamil di United States.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi implementasi clinical pathway pada pelayanan obstetri di masa pandemi ini.
Metode: Penelitian dilakukan secara systematic review berdasarkan alur diagram PRISMA. Didapatkan 7 artikel yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil: Implementasi clinical pathway pada masa pandemi ini meliputi diagnosis COVID-19 pada ibu hamil, alat pelindung diri (APD) saat persalinan, manajemen sistem clinical pathway, serta pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi clinical pathway.
Kesimpulan: Implementasi clinical pathway pada pelayanan obstetri di rumah sakit pada masa pandemi merupakan suatu tantangan dan langkah penting yang tetap harus dapat diterapkan oleh rumah sakit agar mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien tetap terjamin.
