Analisis Faktor Risiko TB Paru pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara Kota Padangsidimpuan
Analysis of Pulmonary TB Risk Factors in Pregnant Women at the North Padangsidimpuan District Health Center, Padangsidimpuan City
Abstract
Latar belakang: Tuberculosis menjadi penyebab utama kematian wanita di seluruh dunia. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padangsidimpuan tahun 2022 memperlihatkan bahwa prevalensi penderita TB paru pada ibu hamil sebanyak 31 kasus.
Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko TB paru pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Utara Kota Padangsidimpuan.
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control study. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang terdiagnosis menderita TB paru dan tidak terdiagnosis TB paru. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah total sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah oods ratio dan regresi logistic.
Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan (OR=4,200;95% CI= 1.478-11.936), status gizi (OR=4,879; 95% CI=1.688-14.098), riwayat kontak erat (OR=4,259; 95%CI=1.488-12.192), kepatuhan minum obat (OR=3,667; 95% CI=1.303-10.321), dukungan keluarga (OR=4,879; 95%CI=1.303-10.321), persepsi TB Paru (OR=4,840; 95%CI=1.682-13.930) merupakan faktor risiko TB paru pada ibu hamil dan variabel yang paling berisiko TB Paru adalah persepsi dengan nilai Exp(B)=4,333.
Kesimpulan: Ditemukan bahwa faktor risiko TB paru dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, status gizi, riwayat kontak erat dengan penderita, kepatuhan minum obat, dukungan keluarga, persepsi. Sehingga perlu upaya kesehatan yang optimal dalam menjaga kesehatan ibu hamil dan mengonsumsi makanan yang bergizi.
