Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership (JEMIL) (ISSN: 2961-9491) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published periodically, aiming to serve as a platform for the publication of research findings and conceptual studies in the fields of educational management and Islamic leadership. Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership seeks to strengthen the synergy between modern educational management science and Islamic leadership values based on the Qur’an and Hadith. Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership is open to academics, researchers, education practitioners, and postgraduate students who are interested in the development of educational management grounded in integrity and Islamic values. The journal publishes articles in both Indonesian and English, and follows a rigorous and objective peer-review process. The focus of the Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership lies in the development of theories, practices, and policies related to: Educational management at various levels and types of education, Leadership in the context of education based on Islamic values, Innovation and transformation in Islamic educational management in the digital era, Integration of modern management theories with Islamic principles in educational leadership. The scope of the Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership encompasses a wide range of topics within the fields of educational management and Islamic leadership. These include strategic planning in education, human resource management in educational institutions, curriculum and instructional development, quality assurance, and institutional evaluation and accreditation. It also covers concepts and practices of Islamic leadership in education, including transformational leadership within Islamic contexts, leadership in pesantren and madrasahs, and the integration of spiritual values in educational leadership. Furthermore, Journal of Educational Management and Islamic Leadership welcomes studies on educational policy and reform, such as analyses of national and international education policies, the involvement of Islamic institutions in policy development, and Islamic-based education reform efforts. The journal also encourages research on the digitalization of educational management, the use of technology in decision-making, and innovations in educational management systems.
