Payment Policy
APC Amount
USD 450.
When Payment Applies
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within seven (7) days after the author receives the official payment notice.
Domestic Authors
Authors making payment from Indonesia must pay in Indonesian Rupiah. The payable amount is the IDR equivalent of USD 450, calculated using the Bank Indonesia Kurs UKA - Jual available on the payment date.
International Authors
Authors making payment from outside Indonesia must pay USD 450 directly. Conversion into Indonesian Rupiah is not required.
Unavailable Exchange Rate
If the applicable exchange rate is unavailable on the payment date, domestic authors should use the latest available rate from the preceding business day.
Important: Domestic authors pay the IDR equivalent of USD 450, while international authors pay USD 450 directly. Official payment information is provided only after formal acceptance.

Editorial independence: Payment of the APC does not influence editorial or peer-review decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific merit, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, originality, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.
Waiver Policy
Full or partial APC waivers may be considered for authors experiencing documented financial difficulty or other exceptional circumstances. Waiver requests must be submitted before final acceptance. Approval is not automatic and does not influence manuscript evaluation or peer review.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available once copyediting, layout, article production, DOI registration, metadata processing, or other publication services have commenced. Duplicate or erroneous payments will be reviewed individually.
Payment security: Authors should rely only on official payment information issued through the journal’s authorized communication channels.
No payment is required before formal acceptance.
