Journal of Public Health and Pharmacy
The Editorial Team of the Journal of Public Health and Pharmacy (JPHP) is responsible for maintaining the journal’s scientific quality, editorial independence, publication ethics, and integrity of the peer-review process. Editorial members are appointed based on relevant scholarly expertise, publication experience, professional standing, research integrity, and active contribution to the journal.

The Editorial and Production Office supports copyediting, layout preparation, metadata checking, proof management, and publication production. These roles do not independently determine manuscript acceptance or rejection.

Editorial Responsibilities
- Maintain the journal’s scientific quality, editorial direction, and relevance to public health, pharmacy, and related disciplines.
- Make editorial decisions independently and without inappropriate commercial, financial, personal, institutional, or political influence.
- Ensure fair, confidential, timely, and evidence-based peer-review procedures.
- Select reviewers with relevant scholarly or methodological expertise.
- Declare conflicts of interest and recuse themselves when impartiality may be compromised.
- Protect manuscript confidentiality, unpublished information, author identities, and reviewer identities according to the journal’s double-blind review policy.
- Prevent coercive citation, citation manipulation, peer-review manipulation, and inappropriate editorial influence.
- Address complaints, appeals, corrections, expressions of concern, retractions, and research-integrity concerns fairly and proportionately.
- Contribute actively to manuscript evaluation, policy development, editorial quality assurance, and continuous journal improvement.
Editorial appointments: Editorial appointments are reviewed periodically according to scholarly expertise, contribution, responsiveness, professional conduct, institutional affiliation, geographic representation, and the evolving editorial needs of JPHP.
