Reviewers play an essential role in the peer review process by providing objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts.
The peer review process aims to:
Evaluate the originality and scientific contribution of manuscripts
Assess research quality and methodological rigor
Improve the clarity and academic quality of manuscripts
Support ethical and professional scholarly publishing
The journal applies a double-blind peer review system in which reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
Reviewers are expected to:
Review manuscripts objectively and professionally
Provide constructive and clear feedback
Maintain confidentiality of all manuscript information
Complete reviews within the specified deadline
Inform editors of any potential ethical concerns or conflicts of interest
Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit rather than personal opinions or preferences.
Manuscripts received for review are confidential documents.
Reviewers must not:
Share manuscripts with others without editorial permission
Use unpublished information for personal benefit
Upload unpublished manuscripts to AI tools or external systems that may compromise confidentiality
All manuscript contents must be treated as privileged information.
Reviewers should decline review invitations if they:
Have conflicts of interest with the authors
Have personal or professional relationships that may influence objectivity
Are directly involved in related research projects
Cannot provide an unbiased evaluation
Any potential conflict of interest should be communicated to the editor immediately.
Reviewers are encouraged to evaluate manuscripts based on the following aspects:
Does the manuscript offer new insights or contributions?
Is the topic relevant to the journal scope?
Are the title and abstract clear and informative?
Do they accurately reflect the content?
Is the research background clearly explained?
Are objectives and research questions well defined?
Is the literature review relevant and up to date?
Is the research design appropriate?
Are methods clearly explained and valid?
Is data collection and analysis adequate?
Are findings presented clearly?
Does the discussion interpret the results properly?
Are findings supported by evidence and previous studies?
Are conclusions supported by the findings?
Are implications and recommendations appropriate?
Are references relevant and current?
Is citation style consistent with APA Style (7th Edition)?
Is the manuscript written clearly and academically?
Are tables and figures properly presented?
Reviewers may recommend one of the following decisions:
Accept without revision
Minor revision
Major revision
Reject
Reviewers should provide detailed comments to support their recommendations.
Reviewers should notify the editor if they identify:
Plagiarism or duplicate publication
Data fabrication or falsification
Ethical concerns involving research participants
Significant similarities with previously published work
The journal follows ethical publishing standards and takes all concerns seriously.
Reviewers must use AI technologies responsibly and ethically.
Reviewers should not use AI tools in ways that:
Compromise manuscript confidentiality
Replace independent academic judgment
Generate biased or misleading evaluations
Final review decisions and comments must remain the responsibility of the reviewer.
Reviewers are expected to complete reviews within the assigned review period.
If reviewers are unable to complete the review on time, they should inform the editorial office as soon as possible.
