Publication Model
PROMOTIF: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat adopts a continuous publication model, in which each article is published online immediately after the peer-review process is completed and the manuscript is formally accepted, without waiting for the completion of all articles within a single issue.
This model is implemented to ensure timely dissemination of scientific knowledge, transparency, and efficiency in scholarly communication.

Volume, Issue, and Publication Date
Articles published under the continuous publication model are assigned to a specific volume and issue for administrative and indexing purposes.
Each article is provided with an individual publication date, corresponding to the actual date on which the article becomes publicly available online. This publication date may differ from the month indicated in the issue designation.

Metadata Transparency and Consistency
All bibliographic information, including article title, author(s), affiliation(s), volume, issue, publication date, and DOI, is presented consistently across: the journal website, the article PDF file, and indexing and abstracting services.
No retroactive modification of publication dates is permitted after an article has been officially published.

Issue Finalization
An issue remains open until all articles allocated to that issue have been published. Once finalized, the issue will not be reopened for the addition of new articles. Any article accepted after the finalization of an issue will be scheduled for publication in a subsequent issue.

Ethical and Editorial Compliance
This policy is developed in accordance with the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with international standards for ethical scholarly publishing.

Author Notification
Authors are informed of the publication model at the time of manuscript submission. By submitting their manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree to the continuous publication system applied by the journal.

Policy Review and Updates
The editorial board periodically reviews this policy to ensure compliance with national and international standards and may revise it as necessary to improve editorial quality and transparency.
