Promotif: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat is published by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu, twice a year in June and December. It contains research articles and studies in the field of Public Health. Articles may be written in either English or Indonesian. The journal accepts scientific papers in the form of research articles, review articles, and short reports.
Promotif: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat is a national, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research, reviews, and short reports covering various aspects of public health science, philosophy, and practice. The journal is intended for public health practitioners, researchers, academics, policymakers, programme managers, health-service personnel, and individuals involved in community health programmes, population care, or the development of public health systems.
Key subject areas include epidemiology; health education and behavioural science; environmental health; occupational health and safety; biostatistics; health administration and policy; reproductive health; and public health nutrition. The journal also welcomes manuscripts on other topics that contribute to the advancement of public health knowledge, policy, systems, services, and practice.
Authors must prepare all submissions according to the current Author Guidelines, official manuscript template, applicable reporting guideline, publication-ethics requirements, and integrated Submission Checklist.
SINTA 4 Accredited
Promotif: Jurnal Kesehatan Masyarakat is accredited at SINTA 4 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology Number 177/E/KPT/2024 (Attachment to the Decree, Order No. 616). The accreditation is valid from Volume 11 Number 2 of 2021 to Volume 16 Number 1 of 2026.
