Copyright Concerns and Infringement Claims
A person who believes that material published by PJKM infringes copyright should provide sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, the basis of the claim, and their authority to act. PJKM will assess credible claims and may temporarily restrict access, seek clarification, correct attribution, remove specific material, publish a notice, or take other proportionate action consistent with applicable law and publication ethics.
