Abstract
Latar belakang: Implementasi rekam medis elektronik dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, termasuk di unit gawat darurat. Namun penerimaan, efektivitas dan kendala yang dihadapi belum banyak dipublikasikan.
Tujuan: Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi rekam medis elektronik di unit gawat darurat.
Metode: Metode literature review dengan mengumpulkan berbagai artikel serta referensi yang relevan dengan tujuan serta pertanyaan penelitian dan menggunakan database yaitu Proquest dan PubMed.
Hasil: Hasil dari pengumpulan dan pengkajian dari berbagai referensi yang didapat menunjukkan manfaat, efektivitas dan hambatan dari implementasi rekam medis elektronik di unit gawat darurat.
Kesimpulan: Implementasi rekam medis elektronik di unit gawat darurat dapat dimaksimalkan dengan meningkatkan penerimaan pengguna, efektivitas dan mengurangi hambatan yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.
