Media Publikasi Promosi Kesehatan Indonesia (MPPKI) is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palu, with ISSN: 2597-6052 (Online).

This journal was first published in 2018, starting with Vol. 1 No. 1 in January 2018, and initially had a publication frequency of four issues per year: January, March, May, and September.

On July 16, 2021, the journal officially changed its publication frequency at the Indonesian ISSN National Center. Beginning with Vol. 4 No. 3 (September 2021), it transitioned to a bi-monthly schedule with six issues per year: January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Subsequently, on January 26, 2022, the journal shifted to a monthly publication frequency, producing 12 issues per year starting with Vol. 5 No. 1 (January 2022) onwards. This policy adjustment is documented on the Indonesian ISSN National Center website.

As of November 8, 2024, the MPPKI Journal (Media Publikasi Promosi Kesehatan Indonesia) has been officially accepted and indexed in the Scopus database.
