Factors Affecting Routine Medical Check-up : Literature Review
Abstract
Latar belakang: Penyakit kronis merupakan salah satu penyumbang tertinggi kasus morbiditas dan mortalitas di dunia. Pemeriksaan skirining kesehatan rutin merupakan salah satu cara terbaik untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya karena dapat dideteksi lebih cepat dan terobati lebih awal sebelum menimbulkan komplikasi. Sayangnya perilaku pemeriksaan skrining kesehatan rutin masih kurang popular terutama di daerah berkembang.
Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan seseorang untuk melakukan pemeriksaan skrining kesehatan rutin.
Metode: Telaah sistematik dilakukan pada situs pencarian EBSCOHost, ProQuest, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci yang telah ditentukan dengan periode waktu 2017-2023.Terdapat 227 literatur yang ditemukan dengan kata kunci tersebut dan terdapat 62 literatur yang terskrining. Enam belas literature yang sesuai kriterai inklusi dan dilakukan ekstrasi data.
Hasil: Enam belas literatur berasal dari jurnal peer reviewed, 9 menggunakan metode potong lintang, 4 regresi logistic multiple, 1 menggunakan metode potong lintang dan regresi, 1 menggunakan metode T Test dan regresi, dan 1 penelitian kualitatif.
Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk melakukan pemeriksaan skrining kesehatan adalah multifaktorial dan dipengaruhi oleh budaya setempat.
