Pengaruh Unsur Budaya terhadap Perilaku Pencarian Pengobatan pada Pasien Stroke : Literature Review
The Influence of Cultural Elements on Health Seeking Behavior in Stroke Patients : Literature Review
Abstract
Latar belakang: Unsur budaya sangat mempengaruhi perilaku pencarian pengobatan pasien stroke. Ketepatan pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke menjadi penting karena stroke merupakan penyakit kegawatdaruratan yang butuh penanganan segera untuk mencegah kecacatan dan kematian.
Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh unsur budaya terhadap perilaku pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode systematic review dengan menggunakan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). Penelitian ini menggunakan empat mesin pencari dalam pengumpulan artikel, yaitu ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Scopus, dan EBSCO. Kata kunci pencarian artikel adalah “Culture”, “Health Seeking Behavior”, dan “Stroke Patients”. Artikel yang didapatkan sebanyak 353 artikel dan 5 artikel di review dalam penelitian ini.
Hasil: Unsur budaya berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke. Terdapat beberapa unsur budaya yang berpengaruh pada perilaku pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh antara unsur budaya terhadap perilaku pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke. Dibutuhkan strategi pendekatan melalui unsur budaya untuk meningkatkan ketepatan perilaku pencarian pengobatan pada pasien stroke sehingga kegawatdaruratan stroke dapat ditangani segera.
