Bagaimana Kontribusi Intervensi Gizi Sensitif dalam Upaya Penurunan Stunting? : Literature Review
How do Nutrition-Sensitive Interventions Contribute in Efforts Reduction Stunting? : Literature Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Stunting adalah salah satu indikator dari kekurangan gizi kronis dan sebagai masalah kesehatan yang serius di masyarakat karena menurut data UNICEF prevalensi stunting saat ini lebih dari 40%. Terdapat dua intervensi dalam penurunan stunting yaitu intervensi gizi spesifik dan sensitif. Kontribusi intervensi gizi sensitif yang besar mengharuskan pembuat kebijakan dan pelaksana perlu mengkaji intervensi yang ada untuk memastikan program tersebut berdampak pada penurunan stunting.
Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi dari program-program pada intervensi gizi sensitif dalam upaya penurunan stunting.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review. Pencarian literatur menggunakan enam database yaitu Cambridge, Proquest, PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, dan Spinger Link. Proses screening artikel dilakukan dengan menetapkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi.
Hasil: Terdapat beberapa program dalam intervensi gizi sensitif yang secara signifikan berdampak pada penurunan stunting yaitu pertanian, ketahanan pangan, kerawanan pangan, perlindungan sosial, pendidikan dan pemberdayaan perempuan, perkembangan dan pendidikan anak usia dini, dan WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).
Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan program-program dalam intervensi gizi sensitif terbukti efektif dan memiliki kontribusi dalam penurunan stunting.
