Hubungan Faktor Gaya Hidup dengan Burnout pada Perawat Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Jiwa
The Relationship Between Lifestyle with Burnout in In-patient Nurse of Mental Health Hospital
Abstract
Latar belakang: Karaktersitik pekerjaan perawat kesehatan jiwa meyebabkan lebih rentan terhadap munculnya gejala burnout. Kejadian burnout dapat disebabkan oleh faktor gaya hidup seperti kebiasaan merokok, pola makan, serta aktivitas fisik.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor gaya hidup dengan burnout pada perawat di instalasi rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Menur.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian adalah perawat rawat inap intermediate di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Menur sebanyak 48 perawat. Variabel independen pada penelitian adalah faktor gaya hidup yang terdiri dari perilaku merokok, pola makan, dan aktivitas fisik. Sedangkan faktor dependen adalah burnout. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil: Faktor gaya hidup yang memiliki hubungan dengan burnout adalah pola makan (0,037) dan aktivitas fisik (0,003). Sedangkan status merokok tidak memiliki hubungan dengan burnout (0,442), jumlah konsumsi rokok per hari juga tidak memiliki hubungan dengan burnout (0,116), dan lama merokok juga tidak memiliki hubungan dengan burnout (0,541).
Kesimpulan: Pola makan dan aktivitas fisik memiliki hubungan dengan burnout pada perawat. Sedangkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merokok dengan burnout pada perawat. Semakin baik aktivitas fisik dan pola makan maka semakin rendah burnout pada perawat.
