FOCUS AND SCOPE
MALEO Law Journal (MLJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, Diamond Open Access journal dedicated to publishing original, high-quality, and impactful legal scholarship. The journal provides an international forum for academics, researchers, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, government officials, and postgraduate students to disseminate innovative legal research and interdisciplinary studies that contribute to the advancement of law, justice, governance, and sustainable development.
The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, conceptual papers, comparative legal studies, empirical legal research, normative legal research, socio-legal studies, policy analyses, and case studies. MALEO Law Journal encourages multidisciplinary and comparative approaches that explore the relationship between law, public policy, economics, politics, technology, society, culture, environmental sustainability, and global governance.

The Editorial Board particularly encourages manuscripts demonstrating originality, methodological rigor, interdisciplinary perspectives, international relevance, and significant theoretical or practical contributions to legal scholarship. Submissions addressing emerging legal issues and comparative analyses are highly encouraged.
