Artificial Intelligence tools, including generative AI systems, may be used only to support the preparation of manuscripts. AI technologies must never replace the intellectual contribution, critical analysis, legal reasoning, interpretation, or scholarly responsibility of human authors.

• Improving grammar, spelling, punctuation, and language quality.
• Enhancing readability and writing style.
• Assisting with translation while preserving the original meaning.
• Supporting literature searches and information organization.
• Generating preliminary ideas that are independently verified by the authors.

• Listing AI tools as authors or co-authors.
• Generating research findings, legal analysis, conclusions, or interpretations without human verification.
• Fabricating references, citations, legal sources, case law, statutes, or research data.
• Manipulating images, tables, figures, or research results in misleading ways.
• Using AI to produce substantial portions of a manuscript without appropriate disclosure.

Authors remain solely responsible for the content of their manuscripts, regardless of whether AI-assisted technologies have been used during manuscript preparation. Authors must carefully review, verify, and validate all AI-generated content before submission.

• Ensure the originality and accuracy of all submitted work.
• Verify all references, quotations, legal authorities, and factual statements.
• Protect confidential, personal, or sensitive information when using AI tools.
• Comply with copyright, research ethics, and publication ethics.

If Artificial Intelligence tools have been used in preparing the manuscript, authors are encouraged to disclose their use in the Acknowledgements or a separate Declaration of AI Assistance. The disclosure should clearly explain the AI tool used and its specific role in manuscript preparation.

Editors and reviewers may use AI-assisted technologies only for limited editorial support, such as language improvement or administrative assistance. However, confidential manuscripts must not be uploaded to public AI platforms that may compromise confidentiality, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
