Perbandingan Kadar Eosinofil dan Netrofil Mukosa Hidung pada Pasien Pasca Trakeostomi di Makassar
Abstract
Trakeostomi adalah tindakan membuat lubang pada dinding anterior trakea untuk mengatasi sumbatan jalan napas.Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat kadar eosinofil dan netrofil mukosa hidung pada pasien pasca trakeostomi di Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan uji klinik pada 14 pasien pasca trakeostomi kurang dari 6 minggu, derajat kesadaran baik (GCS 15), sehingga dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan kerokan hidung. Pemeriksaan kerokan mukosa hidung bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya sel eosinofil dan netrofil pada sekret mukosa hidung pasien pasca trakeostomi.Data analisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sel-sel inflamasi kerokan mukosa hidung yaitu eosinofil dan netrofil yang meningkat terutama pada minggu ke enam, namun tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik (p>0,05)References
