Hubungan Kandungan Timbal (Pb) Dengan Produksi Pada Sayuran Sawi (Brassica juncea L.)
Abstract
Sayuran sawi adalah sayuran yang mempunyai kandungan gizi yang lengkap yang berguna untuk kesehatan tubuh. Disisi lain sawi adalah sayuran yang memperlihatkan kemampuan metabolisme, volatilisasi dan akumulasi pada timbal (Kelly, 1999), sehingga perlu kehati-hatian dalam pemamfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kandungan timbal dengan produksi pada sayuran sawi. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan eksperimen, Sampel penelitian 27 satuan percobaan, dianalisis setelah panen jumlah daun, tinggi, dan berat masing-masing sampel. Kesimpulannya: terdapat hubungan kandungan timbal pada sawi dengan produksi sawi yaitu jumlah daun, tinggi, dan berat sawi.References
