Tatalaksana Pola Konsumsi Terhadap Status Gizi Anak Taman Kanak-Kanak
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Tatalaksana Pola Konsumsi Terhadap Status Gizi Anak Taman Kanak-Kanak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan exhaustic sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 anak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kebiasaan sarapan (p=0,002), frekuensi makan ( p=0,022), pola pengasuhan gizi (p=0,003), berhubungan dengan status gizi anak Taman Kanak-Kanak (< 0,05). Kesimpulan diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan kebiasaan sarapan, frekuensi makan, pola pengasuhan gizi dengan status gizi anak taman kanak-kanak. Diharapkan bagi anak melalui orang tua untuk dapat menatalaksana pola konsumsi dan membiasakan sarapan pagi sebelum anak berangkat ke sekolah, karena tubuh membutuhan asupan gizi yang didapat dari sarapan pagi untuk memelihara ketahanan fisik dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar. Orang tua berperan penting dalam pengasuhan gizi dan menyiapkan bekal sekolah anak yang sehat dan aman untuk dikonsumsi oleh anaknya agar makanan yang dikonsumsi oleh anak dapat terpantau.References
