Persepsi Perawat Pelaksana Terkait Budaya Adil dengan Perspektif Leininger dalam Pelaporan Insiden: Literature Review
Nurse Perceptions Regarding Just Culture Using Leininger’s Perspective In Incident Reporting: Literature Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan, dan budaya adil di rumah sakit berperan penting dalam mendukung pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi persepsi perawat terhadap budaya adil dan dampaknya terhadap pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan PRISMA yang mengambil data dari ProQuest, Gale Journal, Sage Journal, dan Science Direct dengan kata kunci: budaya adil; pelaporan insiden; persepsi perawat. Dari hasil pencarian tersebut didapatkan 700 kemudian dilakukan screening, didapatkan 12 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi PICOT, masalah dan tujuan penelitian.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 aspek terkait pelaporan insiden; aspek perawat terakit budaya pelaporan, aspek manajemen terakit budaya pelaporan dan aspek budaya adil.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa budaya adil dan pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Faktor-faktor seperti komunikasi terbuka, ruang untuk emosi, dan keterlibatan manajer dianggap sangat penting untuk membangun budaya adil.
Rekomendasi: Berdasarkan temuan dan analisis dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, beberapa rekomendasi dapat diberikan untuk meningkatkan budaya adil di rumah sakit: Meningkatkan komunikasi terbuka, Menciptakan ruang untuk emosi, Keterlibatan manajer, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Meningkatkan umpan balik.
