Gaya Kepemimpinan Spiritualitas Kepala Ruang terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana: Literature Review
Leadership Style Spirituality of the Head Nurse on the Performance of the Nursing Staff: Literature Review
Abstract
Latar belakang: Gaya kepemimpinan akan menunjukkan bagaimana seorang manajer dapat mempengaruhi pandangan dan keyakinan para staf dengan membimbing dan mendorong mereka untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan spiritualitas adalah suatu paradigma baru untuk transformasi dan pertumbuhan organisasi yang berbasis visi, harapan, dan cinta altruistik.
Tujuan: Untuk mendeskripsi dan menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan gaya kepemimpinan spritualitas kepala ruang terhadap kinerja staf pelaksana.
Metode Penelitian: Studi literature review, dengan menggunakan database dari Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan ProQuest yang menggunakan kata kunci “gaya kepemimpinan” dan “kinerja perawat“.
Hasil: Kepemimpinan spiritual meningkatkan kinerja perawat pelaksana; meningkatkan reputasi staf di tempat kerja; meningkatkan keterikatan di tempat kerja; meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam melakukan asesmen keperawatan; meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien; meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat di tempat kerja; mengurangi kelelahan emosional, burount, dan niat berpindah.
Kesimpulan: Pelatihan gaya kepemimpinan spiritualitas yang diberikan kepada kepala ruang dapat meningkatkan nilai kepedulian pimpinan terhadap staf mereka, mencintai orang lain seperti diri sendiri, melayani orang lain dengan mengutamakan kepentingan orang lain daripada kepentingan diri sendiri, loyalitas, dan berfokus pada motivasi untuk menolong sesama dan melakukan sesuatu tanpa pamrih sehingga kinerja perawat pelaksana dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien dapat terus ditingkatkan.
