Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Hipertensi di Kalangan Masyarakat dan Pekerja: Literature Review
Factors Associated with the Incident of Hypertension Among the Community and Workers: Literature Review
Abstract
Latar belakang: Berdasarkan data WHO, kasus hipertensi sampai sekarang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang cukup besar yaitu 22% dari peduduk dunia mengalami hipertensi. Hipertensi yang diderita seumur hidup dan dengan risiko komplikasi jantung koroner dan stroke berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas penderita hipertensi.
Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor risiko terjadinya hipertensi di kalangan masyarakat umum dan pekerja.
Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review yang diakses dari Science and Technology Index (SINTA) dengan menggunakan kata kunci Hipertensi. Artikel yang telah didapatkan kemudian diseleksi agar relevan dengan tujuan penelitian
Hasil: Literature review menunjukkan bahwa faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi hipertensi adalah pengetahuan, sikap, kebiasaan merokok, pajanan kebisingan, aktivitas penerbangan, obesitas, stres, kebiasaan minum kopi, kebiasaan minum alkohol, aktivitas fisik, lama kerja, kadar plumbum, suhu rumah, intensitas kebisingan dan paparan bising menahun.
Kesimpulan: Faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi yang terkait dengan lingkungan kerja yaitu kebisingan di tempat kerja, lama kerja dan kadar Plumbum (Pb) di udara lingkungan kerja.
