Dampak Penggunaan E-prescribing dalam Kesalahan Penulisan Resep di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan : Systematic Reviews
The impact of application e-prescribing on prescription writing errors in health care facilities : Systematic reviews
Abstract
Latar belakang: Kesalahan resep merupakan salah satu kesalahan yang sering dilakukan dalam proses pengobatan. Rekam medis elektronik membantu mencapai peningkatan perawatan pasien dalam hal keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kualitas. Risiko kesalahan lebih tinggi bila menggunakan resep tulisan tangan karena berkaitan dengan banyak faktor.
Tujuan: Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan e-prescribing di fasilitas kesehatan terhadap risiko kesalahan peresepan.
Metode: Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan mencari artikel sesuai topik menggunakan database PubMed, Google Scholar, Proquest, dan Science Direct. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian adalah “rekam medis elektronik atau rekam kesehatan elektronik”, “e-prescribing”, AND “prescribing error” dalam 6 tahun terakhir (2018-2023). Total artikel yang memenuhi syarat inklusi sebanyak 8 artikel pada tahun 2019-2022.
Hasil: Sebagian besar penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan resep elektronik diketahui mengurangi kesalahan resep secara signifikan dan penggunaan jangka panjang menunjukkan manfaat yang signifikan dalam mengurangi tingkat kesalahan. Penulis resep profesional memiliki tingkat kesalahan resep yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dokter residen, hal ini mungkin disebabkan karena praktik yang sudah berlangsung lama sehingga cenderung menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan teknologi baru.
Kesimpulan: penggunaan e-prescribing mampu mengurangi kesalahan peresepan terkait penggunaan resep tulisan tangan dengan sistem pengembangan yang terstandar dan aman.
