Efektivitas Pelatihan Servant Leadership bagi Kepuasan dan Kinerja Perawat terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Layanan : Literature Review

Abstract
Latar belakang: Kepemimpinan yang melayani adalah pendekatan kepemimpinan holistic yang melibatkan pengikutnya dalam berbagai dimensi diantaranya relasional, etik, emosional, spiritual, sehingga mereka memberdayakan agar tumbuh menjadi apa yang mereka mampu dan berusaha untuk mengembangkan pengikut atas dasar orientasi dari etika pemimpin.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana aplikasi dan penerapan servant leadership serta dampaknya terhadap mutu layanan keperawatan. yang sesungguh.
Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan dengan menganalisa lima belas jurnal internasional dan nasional dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia tahun 2018 dan tahun 2023. Dalam penelusuran jurnal dibantu dengan penelusuran internet dengan menggunakan kata kunci servant leadership.
Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership sangat signifikan mempengaruhui terhadap kinerja perawat, perilaku, komunikasi dan kesopanan serta kepercayaan bawahan terhadap pemimpinnya.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa servant leadership sangat baik digunakan dalam segala bidang, baik pada bidang jasa maupun non jasa, rekomendasi dengan kepemimpinan servant leadership dapat meningkatkan mutu layanan yang diberikan sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan pasien atau pelangan.
