Apakah Kualitas Pelayanan, Budaya Kerja, dan Digital Transformation Mempengaruhi Keunggulan Bersaing? Study Empiris Pada Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio
Do Quality Of Service, Work Culture, And Digital Transformation Affect Competitive Advantage? Empirical Study At Santo Antonio Hospital
Abstract
Latar belakang: Sebagai hasil dari persaingan yang semakin meningkat yang ada dalam ekonomi pada skala dunia, institusi kesehatan, serta rumah sakit khususnya, menempatkan penekanan yang lebih besar pada pemenuhan atau melampaui persyaratan pelanggan mereka. Disebabkan oleh rumah sakit ini perlu memisahkan diri dari para pesaingnya serta semakin meningkatkan reputasi mereka, mereka dituntut untuk memberikan tingkat layanan yang lebih tinggi dibanding pesaing mereka.
Tujuan: Tujuan dari studi ini yaitu untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara keunggulan kompetitif Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio di Sumatera Selatan dengan aspek-aspek seperti kualitas layanan rumah sakit, budaya tempat kerja, serta transformasi digital.
Metode: Studi kuantitatif deskriptif memperhitungkan temuan pada studi ini. Studi ini menggunakan jenis pengambilan sampel yang dikatakan sebagai pengambilan sampel acak sederhana, serta sebagai hasilnya, para peneliti dapat memperoleh tanggapan dari total 100 responden. Partial Least Square (PLS) dikatakan sebagai metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk investigasi khusus akan hal ini.
Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh Competitive Advantage dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan, budaya kerja, dan digital transformation sebesar 96,2% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang belum dipaparkan dalam studi ini. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa competitive advantage dipengaruhi oleh budaya kerja, digital transformasi, dan kualitas pelayanan.
Kesimpulan: Hal ini menerangkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Santo Antonio akan mampu bersaing dengan para pesaing bila mampu memberi budaya kerja yang baik pada karyawannya, mengikuti perkembangan digital sesuai dengan jaman, dan memberikan kualitas yang baik dalam pelayanannya pada pasien.
