Analisis Spasial Kejadian Tuberkulosis di Kota Banda Aceh
Spatial Analysis of Tuberculosis Event in the City of Banda Aceh
Abstract
Latar belakang: Gejala klinis TBC dan Covid-19 yang hampir sama memunculkan stigma di masyarakat untuk menahan diri tidak mendatangi pelayanan kesehatan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada penurunan penemuan kasus dan terhambatnya penanganan TB. Maka perlu, mengidentifikasi faktor risiko untuk memutuskan mata rantai penularan dan melaksanakan program pencegahan serta penanggulangan TBC Paru BTA dilakukan analisis kewilayahan sebaran kasus secara deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Geographic Information System (GIS).
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengelompokan kasus TBC serta populasi kasus TBC Paru BTA (+) dengan pendekatan Geographic Information System (GIS).
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk mengidentifikasi pengelompokan kasus TBC serta populasi kasus TBC Paru BTA (+) berjumlah 455 kasus menggunakan data sekunder dari Laporan TB 03 SO (Sensitif Obat) Program Tuberkulosis Dinkes Aceh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan QGIS 2.6.1, SatScan dan GeoDa.
Hasil: Kasus TB di Kota Banda Aceh paling tinggi terjadi pada laki-laki, pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 73% dan tahun 2020 kasus sebanyak 65.1% pada kelompok umur terbanyak menderita TB pada kategori usia produktif. Hasil uji bivariat BiLISA tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa 14 desa (15,5%) dan 13 desa (14,4%) pada tahun 2020 memiliki hubungan signifikan antara kepadatan penduduk dengan jumlah kasus TB serta uji Moran’s Scatterplot menunjukkan nilai Moran’s I = 0,096 pada tahun 2019 dan nilai Moran’s I = 0,032 pada tahun 2020 artinya terdapat autokorelasi spasial positif antara kepadatan penduduk dengan kejadian TB Paru di Kota Banda Aceh dan terdapat pengelompokan kasus di Kecamatan Meuraxa pada tahun 2019.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa laki-laki lebih rentang untuk terinfeksi TB Paru. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepadatan penduduk dengan kejadian TB Paru.
