Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Kanker Serviks dengan Motivasi Pemeriksaan IVA pada Wanita Usia Subur : Literature Review

Abstract
Latar belakang: Deteksi dini kanker serviks dengan pemeriksaan IVA terbukti menurunkan angka 34-80% kejadian kanker serviks. Keterlambatan dalam melakukan deteksi dini kanker serviks ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan terkait upaya penanganan dan pencegahan kanker serviks. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan kanker serviks membuat dorongan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan IVA juga berkurang
Tujuan: Menganalisis hasil penelitian selama sepuluh tahun terakhir terkait hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan motivasi melakukan pemeriksaan IVA.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literature review dimana peneliti mengkaji secara kritis ide-ide yang terkandung dalam beberapa penelitian. Pencarian literature review. Metode penelusuran dilakukan menggunakan analisis PICO yaitu wanita usia subur 30-50 tahun, intervensinya adalah tingkat pengetahuan yang dimiliki wanita usia subur terkait kanker serviks antara yang memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan tidak, hasilnya berkaitan dengan motivasi wanita usia subur dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Pencarian artikel ini dilakukan pada sejumlah database ilmiah seperti ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Google Scholar.
Hasil: Dari analisis 10 artikel dengan 7 jurnal internasional dan 3 jurnal nasional, terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan kanker serviks dengan motivasi pemeriksaan IVA pada wanita usia subur.
Kesimpulan: Tingkat pengetahuan berpengaruh besar dalam memunculkan motivasi untuk melakukan pemeriksaan IVA. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan semakin tinggi motivasi terkait pentingnya melakukan deteksi dini IVA untuk mencegah kanker serviks.
