Abstract

Latar belakang: Mengatasi kebutuhan yang tidak terpenuhi untuk kontrasepsi membutuhkan pendekatan berbasis bukti. Meskipun program pemberian Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi telah dilaksanakan secara terus menerus, namun belum menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dalam peningkatan penggunaan kontrasepsi pada wanita pasangan usia subur. Pendidikan kesehatan dengan modul “SiTepat†adalah intervensi untuk meningkatkan niat menggunakan kontrasepsi.

Tujuan: Logic Model digunakan sebagai pendekatan sistematis untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi intervensi pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media berupa modul yang diberi nama “SiTepat†pada wanita pasangan usia subur.

Metode: Logic model menyediakan kerangka kerja untuk evaluasi keluaran, hasil, dan dampak. Desain quasi- eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data di analisis menggunakan software SPSS Versi 17.

Hasil: Pendidikan kesehatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan kader keluarga berencana selama 1 minggu. 15 peserta menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan sikap, norma subjektif, efikasi diri, dan niat menggunakan kontrasepsi (p < 0,05).

Kesimpulan: Model logika dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi intervensi pendidikan kesehatan. Keberhasilan ini dapat digunakan untuk memperluas dampak pemberian Komunikasi Informasi dan Edukasi tentang kontrasepsi dan keluarga berencana dengan memberikan modulâ€SiTepat†pada wanita pasangan usia subur menggunakan fasilitator kader keluarga berencana.
