Literasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja dan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhinya (Sebuah Penelitian Cross-Sectional pada Siswi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banda Aceh)

Abstract
Latar belakang: Literasi kesehatan reproduksi merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu telah menemukan keterkaitan tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi dengan status kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja. Di Indonesia belum terdapat data nasional terkait dengan tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja, sehingga level literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja belum diketahui secara pasti.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja dan melakukan perhitungan tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja di lokasi penelitian.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross-sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh siswi kelas XI dan XII di MAN 1 Banda Aceh yaitu berjumlah 370 responden. Sampel ditetapkan dengan metode total populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat literasi kesehatan sedang (moderate). Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja adalah dukungan guru (R2: 0,436; β: 0,057; p-value: 0.001), peran keluarga (R2: 0,327; β: 0,573; p-value: 0.001), dukungan teman sebaya (R2: 0,298; β: 0,548; p-value: 0.001), dukungan petugas kesehatan (R2: 0,153; β: 0,393; p-value: 0.001), akses internet (R2: 0,038; β: 0,202; p-value: 0.001). Sementara itu tidak terdapat hubungan riwayat permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi dengan tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi (R2: 0,000; β: -0,005; p-value: 0.922).
Kesimpulan: Tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja di lokasi penelitian belum memadai. Faktor yang menentukan tingkat literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja terdir dari dukungan guru, peran keluarga, dukungan teman sebaya dan dukungan petugas kesehatan.
