Factors Influencing the Giving of Formula Milk at the Age of 0-6 Months: Scoping Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Menyusui sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup bagi anak dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan gizi. Pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi ibu dan bayi, salah satunya perlindungan terhadap infeksi lambung. Susu formula adalah formula bayi yang dimodifikasi yang dibuat dari berbagai produk, termasuk susu hewani, kedelai, dan minyak nabati.
Tujuan: Untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi pemberian susu formula pada bayi antara usia 0 dan 6 bulan.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah scoping. Pencarian literatur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 database jurnal kesehatan yaitu PUBMED dan Google Scholar. Artikel pilihan yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Total hasil pencarian adalah 99 artikel dan ditemukan 9 artikel.
Hasil: Pengganti ASI tentu saja diberikan atas indikasi medis. Kondisi bayi seperti galaktosemia neonatal, penyakit urin sirup pasca-maple yang tidak responsif terhadap ASI. Sedangkan hasil yang ditemukan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian susu formula bayi 0-6 bulan yaitu: Faktor personal maternal seperti pekerjaan ibu dan faktor sosial seperti dukungan tenaga medis, dukungan keluarga, media sosial, dan persalinan difasilitas kesehatan
Kesimpulan: Dari temuan review ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara karir ibu, pendampingan tenaga medis, dukungan keluarga, jaringan sosial, dan persalinan di fasilitas. Pemberian susu formula antara usia 0 dan 6 bulan.
