Efektivitas Penerapan Work from Home (WFH) dalam Mencegah Penularan Covid-19 di Perusahaan X
The Effectiveness of Implementing Work from Home (WFH) in Preventing the Transmission of Covid-19 at Company X
Abstract
Latar belakang: Kasus penyebaran dan penularan COVID-19 sangat tinggi terjadi di Indonesia termasuk di Perusahaan X. Perusahaan X merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Industri Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi berlokasi di Kalimantan Timur. Terdapat sekitar 220 orang yang bekerja di kantor berpotensi terpapar COVID-19. Salah satu upaya pengendalian yang dilakukan adalah melalui Work fFrom Home (WFH). Dengan pelaksanaan work from home, maka physical distancing dapat dijaga bahkan hingga meniadakan pertemuan tatap muka langsung. Terdapat tiga pola work from home yang diterapkan oleh Perusahaan X.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas pola work from home yang diterapkan Perusahaan X.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan semi kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis data perusahaan baik berupa kebijakan maupun data monitoring kasus COVID-19 pada periode Maret 2020 hingga Juli 2021. Analisis dilakukan secara bivariat untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel kebijakan pola work from home di tempat kerja terhadap fluktuasi penambahan kasus konfirmasi terpapar COVID-19 baru.
Hasil: Incidence rate pada penerapan pola work from home 50% masuk dalam klasifikasi CT4 (very high incidence), 75% masuk dalam klasifikasi CT3 (high incidence) dan tidak ada incidence pada pola 100% (6).
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pola work from home 100% merupakan yang paling efektif dalam mencegah pertambahan kasus konfirmasi baru COVID-19.
