Pengaruh Paparan Kebisingan terhadap Tingkat Stress dan Kualitas Tidur Pekerja Industri Pengolahan Hasil Bumi di Kabupaten Gowa
The Effect of Noise Exposure on Stress Level and Sleep Quality of Workers in the Earth Processing Industry in Gowa District
Abstract
Latar belakang: Kebisingan merupakan salah satu faktor bahaya fisik yang sering dijumpai di lingkungan kerja. Semakin lama seseorang bekerja maka semakin besar kemungkinan akan mengalami stress dan penurunan kualitas tidur.
Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan kebisingan lingkungan dengan tingkat stress kerja dan kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 50 orang yang bekerja pada penggilingan padi. Instrument penelitian yakni sound level meter untuk mengukur intensitas kebisingan, kuisioner PSQI untuk menilai kualitas tidur serta kuisioner HSE untuk menilai tingkat stress. Analisis data dengan SPSS IBM 20 yakni dengan analisis univariat dan bivariate menggunakan spearman test.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas kebisingan di lingkungan kerja dengan tingkat stress dan kualitas tidur, (hasil p-value = 0,021; r = 0,325 dan p-value = 0,020; r = 0,328)
Kesimpulan: Kebisingan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat stress dan kualitas tidur berdasarkan uji statistic yang dilakukan sehingga diperlukan pengendalian baik pada sumber bising maupun pada pekerja.
