Implementasi Penggunaan Sosial Media dalam Program Promosi Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Enrekang
Implementation of the Use of Social Media in the Health Promotion Program at the City Health Center of Enrekang
Abstract
Latar belakang: Puskesmas merupakan peranan penting dalam mencapai program Indonesia Sehat. Peningkatan pelayanan puskesmas sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan melalui kegiatan program promosi kesehatan erat kaitannya dengan media yang digunakan salah satuya adalah sosial media pada program promosi kesehatan.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui implementasi penggunaan sosial media di Puskesmas Kota Enrekang.
Metode: Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Teknik yang digunakan dalam penentuan informan dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam.
Hasil: Pada input, program promosi kesehatan menggunakan media sosial dianggap cukup efektif , pada process, pelaksanaan program promosi kesehatan terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaannya jika dilakukan diawal tahun namun terdapat beberapa perencanaan yang sudah ditetapkan sering tidak sesuai di lapangan, dan tidak semua SDM terlibat dalam program promosi kesehatan. Pada output, program berjalan sesuai tujuan yang direncanakan tetapi belum ada indicator capaian sehingga belum bisa terlaksananya evaluasi secara optimal.
Kesimpulan: Diharapkkan kepala puskesmas lebih memahami mengenai manajemen puskesmas dan koordinasi dalam menentukan suatu perencanaan serta tenaga promosi kesehatan lebih serius dalam peningkatan pelayanan promosi kesehatan terkhusus pada program berbasis sosial media.
