Intervention to Increase Parenting Self-Efficacy for Pregnant Women : Literature Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pengetahuan pada masa kehamilan sangat penting dalam mempersiapkan pasangan untuk menjadi orang tua. Transisi menjadi orang tua dapat membuat stres bagi orang tua baru, terutama dengan kurangnya atau tanpa didampingi tenaga kesehatan profesional selama masa kehamilan. Parenting self-efficacy adalah suatu keyakinan orang tua terhadap kemampuannya dalam mengelola dan melakukan tugas yang berkaitan dengan mengasuh anak. Parenting self-efficacy penting dilakukan pada masa kehamilan karena merupakan modal dasar untuk memulai menjadi orang tua dalam mengasuh anak.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran penelitian yang ada di beberapa negara tentang peningkatan parenting self-efficacy pada ibu hamil.
Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang ditelusuri melalui Pubmed dan Google Scholar yang terbit dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2021. Dari 38 judul artikel dan yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan dilakukan telaah ada 7 artikel.
Hasil: Intervensi peningkatan parenting self-efficacy berdasarkan studi literatur meliputi Program edukasi Paket Cerdas Ibu Menyusui (PCIM), Penggunaan buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, Efek dari program pendidikan melahirkan yang berorientasi pada psikoterapi interpersonal, Pengaruh program pelatihan singkat, Intervensi psiko-edukasi, Program berbasis kesadaran, Pendidikan parenting Berbasis Teknologi.
Kesimpulan: Peningkatan parenting self-efficacay pada masa kehamilan sangat penting bagi calon orang tua untuk mengasuh anak.
