Abstract
Latar belakang: Perkembangan teknologi kesehatan dengan kecepatan tinggi tanpa disertai penambahan sumber daya yang cukup, memaksa praktisi kesehatan untuk memilih teknologi yang paling cost-effective. Penilaian Teknologi Kesehatan (PTK) oleh komite PTK di Indonesia saat ini hanya ada di pusat, namun tidak semua hasil dari pusat ini dapat diterapkan di tiap rumah sakit. Meskipun telah lama dilakukan di luar negeri, namun belum ada aturan baku pelaksanaan PTK berbasis rumah sakit ini. Pelaksaanaan PTK di rumah sakit dapat menggunakan model yang dirasa paling cocok untuk rumah sakit tersebut.
Metode: Artikel ini adalah sebuah literature review yang menilai artikel-artikel yang telah diterbitkan sebelumnya menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis).
Hasil: Tidak ada metode baku yang dapat diterapkan di tiap rumah sakit untuk melakuakn PTK berbasis rumah sakit. Rumah sakit dapat mengembangkan sendiri dari model yang sudah ada untuk dapat melakukan PTK yang paling cocok.
Kesimpulan: Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk dapat melakukan PTK berbasis rumah sakit yang baik, tiap rumah sakit harus mengembangkan cara yang paling sesuai dengan keadaan ruamah sakit. Untuk mengadopsi persis PTK nasional akan sangat sulit dilakukan, terutama untuk rumah sakit yang jauh dari tempat PTK dilakukan.
