Analysis of Risk Factors of Postpartum Depression in Banda Sakti District
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Depresi postpartum merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan mempengaruhi 13% wanita dalam 1 tahun setelah melahirkan. penyebab depresi postpartum antara lain; depresi kehamilan, stres perawatan anak, stress kehidupan, dukungan sosial, kecemasan prenatal, kepuasan pernikahan, riwat depresi, tempramen bayi, baby blues, self esteem, kehamilan yang tidak direncanakan. Tujuan: menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan depresi postpartum pada ibu postpartum.
Metode: Desain penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel ibu pospartum mulai dari 10-6 bulan. Dari 303 ibu yang di skrening didapatkan sebanyak 273 orang yang layak di jadikan sampel. Dari 273 responden, 67 orang diantaranya mengalami depresi postpartum. Analisa data menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dan Multinomial Logistic Regression.
Hasil: ibu postpartum dengan kepuasan pernikahan yang tinggi cenderung untuk mengalami depresi postpartum yang sedang sebanyak 4,953 kali dibandingkan dengan kepuasan pernikahan yang rendah, ibu postpartum dengan Self Esteem tinggi cenderung untuk mengalami depresi postpartum sedang sebanyak 3,689 kali dibandingkan dengan ibu yang mengalami Self Esteem rendah.
Kesimpulan: Kepuasan pernikahan, Self Esteem mempengaruhi terhadap kejadian depresi postpartum.
