Abstract

Latar belakang: Imunisasi sangat penting bagi tubuh seseorang agar kebal dari penyakit. Keberhasilan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap berkaitan dengan beberapa faktor.

Tujuan: Tujuan dari literature review adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemberian imunisasi multiple junction dari berbagai literature review.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan kata kunci “multiple junction immunity†pada database publikasi ilmiah Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, Google Scholar, JSTOR dan Emerald Insight dengan populasi sebanyak 1180 artikel selama 5 tahun terakhir, kemudian diseleksi menjadi 10 artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi.

Hasil: Dari 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi ditemukan beberapa faktor yang berhubungan dengan imunisasi yaitu Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Motif, Pekerjaan, Dukungan Keluarga, Lingkungan, Fasilitas Posyandu, Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan faktor imunisasi suntik ganda. Sebagian besar imunisasi dasar sudah selesai lebih dari 50%. Ada hubungan antara Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Motif, Pekerjaan, Dukungan Keluarga, Lingkungan, Tenaga Kesehatan dengan imunisasi lengkap.

Kesimpulan: Dari tinjauan hasil, sebagian besar artikel menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara Pendidikan, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Motif, Pekerjaan, Dukungan Keluarga, Lingkungan, Tenaga Kesehatan dengan imunisasi lengkap.
