Determinants of Intention to Revisit Health Centers during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era: Literature Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan primer wajib menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas bagi seluruh masyarakat. Situasi pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak penurunan jumlah kunjungan yang signifikan. Jumlah kunjungan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Demak tahun 2020 hanya 71,7% menurun dari kunjungan tahun 2019 sebesar 141,2%.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan niat kunjungan ulang di Puskesmas.
Metode: Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan belah lintang. Populasi adalah masyarakat yang melakukan pemeriksaan di Puskesmas dengan besar sampel 332 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan Puskesmas dengan akreditasi paripurna.
Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan 57,5% responden mempunyai niat tinggi dalam melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Puskesmas. Melalui uji Chi-square, terbukti ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, kompetensi tenaga, sarana prasarana, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi sakit terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, sedangkan waktu tunggu tidak berhubungan.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa minat kunjungan ulang tinggi masyarakat sebanyak 191 responden di Puskesmas Kabupaten Demak.
