Intervention to Reduce Nurse Burnout during COVID-19 Pandemic: A Systematic Review
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Perawat berisiko tinggi mengalami burnout selama pandemi COVID-19.
Tujuan: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intervensi untuk mengurangi burnout perawat selama pandemi COVID-19.
Metode: Kami melakukan kajian sistematik dengan mencari database berikut Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed dan Emerald Insight yang dicari dari 1 Januari 2020 hingga 31 Mei 2021. Kami mencari database menggunakan istilah pencarian seperti 'Intervensi', 'Nurse Burnout', dan 'COVID -19'.
Hasil: Ada pembatasan dalam hal peserta dalam kajian ini dimana peserta merupakan perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit. Intervensi yang diperoleh dari artikel yang disertakan adalah Mantram Repetition Program (MRP), program self-compassion, terapi musik, Emotional Freedom Technique, penggunaan Electronic Health Record (EHR), mempromosikan keadilan prosedural dan identifikasi pribadi, dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional.
Kesimpulan: Hampir semua studi inklusi menyatakan bahwa ada efek positif dalam mengurangi burnout. Intervensi untuk mengurangi burnout pada perawat sangat diperlukan. Rumah sakit harus berperan dalam mengurangi burnout pada perawat untuk menjaga kesehatan mental perawat, menjaga keselamatan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.
