Modifikasi Terapi Akupresur dalam Menurunkan Skor Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) pada Ibu Post Partum Blues

Abstract
Postpartum Blues merupakan kejadian yang terjadi di minggu pertama setelah bersalin. Postpartum blues itu bersifat sementara tetapi ketika tidak dapat tertangani dengan benar maka akan berlanjut menjadi depresi postpartum atau gangguan kecemasan. Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) adalah salah satu metode untuk mengetahui apakah seorang wanita mengalami postpartum blues atau tidak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modifikasi terapi akupresur dalam menurunkan skor Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) pada ibu Postpartum blues. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-posttest design, di Puskesmas Lembanna dan Puskesmas Caile Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang dilakukan pada bulan April-Agustus 2021. Pengisian kuesioner EPDS dilakukan sebelum dilakukan terapi akupresur pada tiap responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap kunjungan mengalami penurunan rerata skor EPDS dengan skor EPDS yang tertinggi yakni pada hari pertama dengan rerata skor 12,33 dengan nilai p value = 0,00<0,05. Terapi akupresur yang dilakukan pada ibu dengan postpartum blues terjadi penurunan yang signifikan di setiap harinya, dengan nilai p value didapatkan yaitu 0,00<0,05.
