Kepatuhan Protokol Kesehatan Pekerja Bidang Manufaktur Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi Jawa Timur
Health Protocol Compliance of Manufacturing Workers During the Covid-19 Pandemic in East Java
Abstract
Satgas penanganan Covid-19 pada bulan September 2020 mencatat klaster penyebaran virus corona paling banyak di Jawa Timur muncul di tempat kerja seperti pabrik dan perkantoran setelah klaster keluarga, oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pekerja bidang manufaktur yang bekerja pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian epidemiologi deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang didapat sebanyak 150 pekerja dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei cepat dengan kriteria sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan responden dengan usia remaja lebih patuh terhadap perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan dan berdasarkan pendidikan responden pendidikan menengah lebih patuh dalam perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan. Tersedianya sarana dan prasarana dapat mendukung kepatuhan dan dengan adanya pengawasan dapat mendorong pekerja untuk patuh. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini kepatuhan pekerja saat bekerja secara umum sudah cukup patuh. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah pembelajaran apabila terjadi pandemi lagi agar dapat melakukan upaya lebih cepat dalam membantu pencegahan penyebaran virus di kluster tempat kerja.
