Jurnal Sinar Manajemen provides immediate open access to its published content. No embargo period is applied to the version of record published on the journal website.

Reader and User Rights

Subject to the terms of the applicable licence, users may:

• read and download published articles without subscription;

• share articles through institutional repositories, academic networks, and other lawful scholarly platforms;

Article Processing Charges, where applicable, are charged to authors only after acceptance and do not restrict public access to published articles.

Material owned by third parties and included within a published article may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. Users are responsible for complying with any restrictions specifically identified for such material.

Attribution
