A blind review will be applied and at least one reviewer will be assigned for each paper submitted. Authors are allowed to propose suitable reviewers by providing their names and email addresses, but the decision rests with the editors. Authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to check the similarity of the manuscript. This similarity check and filtering is done using Turnitin. Decisions will be made based on the degree of similarity with other articles. The editor will decide whether to immediately reject the manuscript, contact the author for further clarification, or proceed to the peer-review process. The final decision is made by the editorial team.
